Mr Jubilee Viforj
I’ve always maintained a keen interest in a wide variety of sports, including tennis, swimming, state-level track and field, and dance, alongside outdoor activities such as scuba diving, hiking, and skiing. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science, followed by a Physiotherapy degree in Perth, Australia. Throughout my studies and into my professional career, I taught group fitness extensively and became actively involved in local gym communities. These experiences provided me with deep insights into movement biomechanics, enabling me to identify dysfunction and optimize movement through clear patient education, comprehensive manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization and soft tissue work, dry needling, and targeted exercise prescription. Over eight years of clinical practice, I have worked for six years in private practice and gained two years of valuable experience within the NHS, spanning both Australia and the UK. During this time, I have developed expertise in treating sporting and exercise injuries, workplace and occupational injuries, pre and post-operative rehabilitation, trauma and orthopaedic presentations, chronic pain conditions, and the broad spectrum of issues affecting the general population. I have particular expertise in treating gym-based injuries, lower back pain, cervicogenic headaches, and running injuries. Regardless of your presenting condition, I am committed to understanding your individual expectations, providing comprehensive assessment and evidence-based and holistic treatment approaches, and collaborating with you to restore your ability to live life fully and freely. I currently play tennis during the week around south west london, lift (heavyish) weights in the gym and enjoy a cheeky sauna and ice plunge. If you see me around, say hi!
